Tik-110.501 Seminar on Electronic Commerce
In the electronic era the protection of copyright and related rights face new challenges. It is possible to make copies of equal quality of the original work and redistribute them worldwide quickly with low cost. New legislation is being proposed both in United States and European Community to protect the rights of copyright owners. These laws are needed because new ways of marketing and distributing of information such as video, television and newspapers are emerging.
